What's Covered
Manufacturing Defects
The warranty will only cover any manufacturing defect. This includes issues with speakers, drivers, cables, connectors, or any factory-related problems that affect the product's functionality.
Component Failures
Coverage for internal electronic component failures — including amplifier circuits, drivers, DAC chips, and audio processing units — that fail due to manufacturing faults or defective parts.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Products that arrive non-functional or with critical defects are covered under DOA policy. Report within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video evidence for immediate replacement or repair.
What's NOT Covered
Physical Damage
Any physical damage or damage done by the customer will not be covered by our warranty policy. This includes drops, impacts, scratches, or water damage due to misuse.
Unauthorized Repairs
Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering by non-authorized service centers will void the warranty coverage.
Voltage & Consumable Damage
Damage caused by incorrect voltage, power surges, or use of incompatible power adapters is not covered. Consumable parts such as ear pads, cables, and batteries are also excluded from warranty.
How to Claim Warranty
To claim a warranty, customers have to show the warranty card issued by us or proof of purchase to verify that the product is purchased from us.
